1960s, mustard yellow color, peter pan collar, short sleeves, shoulder pads (can easily be cut out if desired), belt loops on top with matching belt, matching pencil skirt w/ ribbed waist, knit fabric has some give, feels like acrylic but not positive (could be a wool mix).
