1970s, light blue color, white floral trim, sleeveless, empire waist, eyelet lace fabric, flounce hem, spine zipper, lined bust, unlined skirt that’s semi-opaque, fabric feels like cotton.

Great overall condition-
Has very subtle underarm discoloration, rust pinhole marks on strap base, a blemish on hem, and a few tiny spots near hem
